The term outsourcing comes from the English language and it is an abbreviation of the words outside-resource-using. However, in practical application, such action consists in delegating the implementation of selected tasks to an external company. This is a very interesting model of cooperation, because it aims to generate benefits for both parties. Outsourcing of workers, also called personnel outsourcing or external employment, in the simplest terms is to hire an external company to get help in hiring qualified people to work.
